Try these pre-workout energy bites for a natural boost before hitting the gym. They are easy to make and can be stored in the freezer for up to a month.

Chocolate Chip Energy Bites

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter

  • 1/4 cup agave syrup

  • 1/4 cup protein powder

  • 2 cups of oatmeal

  • 1/3 cup chocolate chips


  • In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter and agave.
  • Stir in the protein powder and oats and mix until well combined. Fold in chocolate chunks/chips.
  • Wet hands slightly and form dough tightly into 1″ – 1.5″ balls.
  • Store in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer until ready to enjoy.
