Homemade Strawberry Pop Tarts

I was wide awake after watching Game of Thrones last night, so I decided to bake. Didn’t really have anything in mind so I went on Pinterest and started scrolling through the feed. I found a recipe for homemade pop tarts and decided to give it a whirl. In the original recipe the made their own dough, however seeing how it was almost 11pm, I decided to use frozen pie crust and simplified the recipe a little.
