Ingredients

  • one 14 oz can of lite coconut milk

  • 1 cup of fresh diced pineapple

  • 1 cup of fresh diced mango

  • 1 banana

  • 3-4 tablespoons of sugar

  • 2 ml of hemp CBD oil (48 mg of CBD)

Directions

  • Soak wooden popsicle sticks in water for about 10-15 minutes. This helps the wooden sticks stay in place.
  • While the sticks are soaking, blend coconut milk, pineapple, mango, banana, sugar, and CBD in a blender.
  • Pour the mixture into popsicle molds, insert popsicles sticks, and freeze until solid.
